Affiliate marketing involves promoting someone else's products or services and receiving affiliate commision as a result of each sale made.
Some merchants base compensation on a fixed commision per sale (or per lead), while others work as a combination of upfront payments and commission on the backend of the sale using your affiliate link.
You sign up to the affiliate program you wish to promote and they provide you links for specific offers. Each offer has their own specific terms and income potential. Links are specific to your affiliate ID, so when someone uses your link to purchase or register, you earn the commision.

Laptop Lifestyle Parents is an online affiliate marketing business owned by myself Cecelia Chung. As the name suggests, I wish for all parents to be able to live the laptop lifestyle and not be bound to a 9-5 job so they can spend more time with their kids. Those first few years are so important as I've experienced it first hand.
I'm a mum of 2 young children (4 and 2 years old) and reside in Perth, Australia. The stress from juggling full time work, kids schedules, trying to co-ordinate pick up times etc with my husband all contributed to looking for other solutions.
I have tried many things from MLM, dropshipping, trying to create my own online courses, doing funnel design for others etc however none I was able to commit to because of my family's schedule. For my situation right now, Affiliate marketing was the best way as I didn't need to worry about fulfillment.
I am doing this for myself, for my family and to give us the time freedom, financial freedom and location freedom we are all longing for!
